Dispatch

All orders are currently dispatched within 48 working hrs.

UK Orders

All orders inside the UK are sent using royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. The maximum compensation for this service is £41.
The estimated delivery time for 1st class recorded is 1-2 working days excluding Sat/Sun/Bank holidays.
Special delivery is also available for an extra £5, or £6 extra for Saturday special delivery.

International Orders

Most international orders are dispatched via the royal mail small packets service unless otherwise stated. Please note this service does not have a tracking number and is covered up to £41. Please see the royal mail website for full terms and conditions for these services.
Estimated delivery times are as follows
Europe : 3-5 working days excluding Sat/Sun/Bank holidays
Rest of the world : 5-7 working days excluding Sat/Sun/Bank holidays
You may be charged import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you and all such charges are the buyers responsibility. Any orders that are returned to us due to unpaid import duties and taxes may result in a 10% administration/restocking charge made to your credit/debit card.

Lost/Delayed Items

All orders are sent using the royal mail.
Delivery times stated are estimated and not guaranteed (except Special Delivery). The royal mail do not consider an item as lost until 21 days after posting so we are unable to do anything until 21 days have passed. If your item has been delayed please check with your local delivery depot or the office that receive items after an attempted delivery as a card may not always be left to inform you of an attempted delivery. Please contact us If your order has not arrived after 21 days.


Returns

All items have a 12 month guarantee that covers the part only. All other costs such as labour costs etc are not included.
Customers must contact us within 7 working days of receipt for authorisation before returning any goods.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs except where we have sent the incorrect part in which case we will pay return postage costs up to the original postage price paid.
Any extra paid for express postage is non-refundable in all cases.
All items must be returned with all accessorries/fittings in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Sale Terms and Conditions

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct part is ordered using the part number. The list of cars provided in the item pages are for reference only. Compatibility should always be checked using the part number.
Parts ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 10% handling charge of the full transaction value

Cancellation Policy
All part orders cancelled in writing or e-mailed within 7 days (after receipt of the goods) will be credited excluding postage costs. Refunds will only be given after the returned items have been checked and found to be in the same new and re-saleable condition as when sent.
Any parts that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period may be subject to a 10% minimum admin charge.

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported with 24 hours of receipt.
Any parts returned for credit must be in their original, re-saleable condition along with original packaging. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted/ used. This does not apply to items returned under the 12mnth warranty
